 First off I want to say great blog! I had a quick question that I'd like to ask
if you don't mind. I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your mind prior to writing.

I've had a tough time clearing my mind in getting my ideas out.

I do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first
10 to 15 minutes are generally wasted simply just trying to figure out how to begin.
Any suggestions or hints? Kudos!

 Today, I went to the beach with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She put the shell to her ear and
screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.

She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is completely off
topic but I had to tell someone!
